Shadow and light

I have always defined success the same way: it casts a shadow and a light.

The shadow should be so big that the people who hurt you, underestimated you and disrespected you can never step out of it. They run for the edge, but it grows faster than they can run.

The light should last so long that your next generations are raised as leaders. Leading will never be something they have to chase. They were born in the light.
