The problem
Carbon data was built to be reported, not audited. Factors change under your feet, last year's number gets restated without anyone noticing, and when the assurance team asks how a figure was calculated the answer is a spreadsheet tab.
What it does
Governed factors pinned per reporting period, every calculation stored with its own run ID, locked periods that cannot be silently restated, and tenant allocation that turns carbon into governed cost recovery. Scope 1, 2 and 3. SECR, CSRD, GRESB and TCFD from one dataset. Every number opens.
Proof
- Factor versioning, period locking, full lineage
- Live inside a London property portfolio
- Living AI monitoring for anomalies and threshold breaches

My part
Co-founder and managing director. The governance model is the part I care most about, because it is what makes a number defensible when someone finally asks.
