Most buildings do not measure waste. They estimate it. The contractor who collects it owns the numbers, so nobody can verify a single figure, and the ESG report rests on data nobody can trace to source.
What it does
A smart scale in the waste room weighs every disposal, photographs it, attributes it to the tenant and prices it. Twenty-nine waste streams mapped to the codes the regulator uses. Recycling rate, carbon and cost recovery, traceable to the individual bag rather than a contractor's estimate.
